I/We confirm that I/We have no objections to Kuhoo using or sharing this information in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. I/We waive, to the extent permissible under applicable laws, any claims of confidentiality or privacy for the information provided.

I/We hereby consent to receiving information from the Central KYC Registry through SMS or email at the registered mobile number or email address provided in this application.

I/We expressly consent to Kuhoo, its affiliates, group companies, and their agents or service providers contacting me/us via email, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or other digital communication platforms for sharing information regarding the loan, product offerings, promotional schemes, loyalty programs, or any other services or products provided by Kuhoo or its group companies. I/We agree to receive such communications even if my/our phone number is registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND) or Do Not Call (DNC) registry.

I/We further consent to the use of digital communication platforms for sharing of loan documents, statements, or any other information, and accept the associated risks with such communication channels.

By filling in these details and submitting this form, I/We understand that Kuhoo Finance does not guarantee the sanction of a student loan. This form is solely for initiating the application process and enabling Kuhoo to reach out with further details. The sanction and disbursement of the loan will depend entirely on Kuhoo’s Credit Policy.
